So... I've cleaned out my dA inbox!!! I feel super accomplished because back in the day it was impossible. I'd get like 100+ deviations/journals per day back when this was THE art site to go to. It's a lot emptier, but compared to twitter or tumblargh, I kinda like it. Honestly, it's nice to look at people's art with a separate place for their thoughts. Who needs a feed when an inbox is better organized!

Lately, grad school life has slowly been chipping away at my sanity, and the stress of reality is starting to get to me. Art has always been my coping method, and sometimes I just want to look at art and nothing else. I've been spotty with my "return" to dA, but I'm kinda hopeful for this coming year if grad school doesn't eat me first. 8')

From the depths of grad school, I... Well. Someone gave me a month subscription, though I haven't logged on dA in years, I think. Thank you, whoever you are, although I feel the gift may not be utilized to its fullest. I apologize. ;;

Anyway, if I do end up hanging out on dA again, I'd like a show of hands who's still active! Haha.

I'm also tempted to clean out my journals and lock up some old art...but at the same time, it's nice to look back at how stupid I was in my youth. Well, shoot a comment if you still remember me. Hopefully, I'll still remember you. 8') Out of all the art-sharing social media... dA was second best. Good times on dA. Good times.
